Lead SUDP
The Lead SUDP at Q4C will oversee the delivery of counseling services to individuals in a Methadone Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) program. This role involves providing supervision, direct counseling services, and leadership within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for individuals undergoing treatment for opioid use disorder. The Lead SUDP will play a key role in treatment planning, case management, and the implementation of therapeutic interventions designed to support long-term recovery and well-being.

Nurse Care Manager
The Nurse Care Manager will work closely with provider teams to support patients in the spirit of the mission and vision of Quil Ceda Creek Counseling Company. The focus of this position will be integrating primary care and chronic disease management within the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) setting. Continuity of care in chronic disease management (Hepatitis C, Hypertension, Type 2 Diabetes, and Mental Health). Transitional Care (Monitoring patients across different healthcare settings and medical providers).

Peer Support Counselor
The Peer Counselor interacts with a multidisciplinary team that will assist individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems. The Peer Support Counselor will help develop a support plan with the clients and assist them into meeting their goals towards addiction recovery and independent living.

Substance Use Disorder Professional- ($2000 Signing Bonus)(Open Until Filled)
Provides counseling services regarding substance abuse and other related issues to Tribal members as well as others in the local community. Provide substance abuse treatment and intervention with a complex range of disorders and treatment needs. Networks and communicates effectively with a variety of groups, organizations, and agencies; engage, motivate, coach, validate/reinforce, and redirect positive behavior change; gain confidence and trust of client’s and their families through respectful communication; support/facilitate productive connections and interactions with clients and family and engage them in the rehabilitation and successful treatment.
