Administrator
The primary responsibilities of the Q4C Administrator includes managing and overseeing the day to day operations of the business. The Administrator will also be designated as the Program Sponsor, and is responsible for the operation of the Opioid Treatment Program and who assumes responsibility for all its employees, including any practitioners, agents, or other persons providing medical, rehabilitative, or counseling services at the program or any of its medication units. This position will plan, develop, organize, and direct the operation of all programs and services to meet its mission and goals, as well as the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulatory and/or accrediting bodies. Additionally, the Administrator is responsible for the programs’ fiscal and operational management, leads in defining treatment philosophies that shape effective models of care and supervises the Q4C Leadership Team. This position oversees marketing and advocacy efforts for substance abuse treatment services, acts as a liaison to external entities, and professionally represents Q4C within the community.

Child Watch / Admin Support
The Child Care Attendant is responsible for providing safe and enjoyable childcare for children of patients attending Q4C. They must always maintain visual and auditory supervision and are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of each child and maintains a creative and playful atmosphere for all participants. They plan and supervise the activities of children and perform general housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe area. Admin support consists of various administrative duties such as: updating Facebook, obtaining W-9’s, inventory, ordering supplies and PO’s.

Dispensing Nurse P/T
Nurses will be required to administer medications as ordered by medical providers and maintain accurate accounting of all medication received and dispensed. Nurses will be responsible for safekeeping of all medication stock and the records required by the DEA, FDA, and Board of Pharmacy. Must maintain professional standards and follow the treatment policies of the organization as well as Federal and State laws and regulations.

Security Officer
Under the direction of the Q4C Security Manager, ensures the protection of the Q4C property, assets, and the safety of all clients and team members.

Substance Use Disorder Professional
Provides counseling services regarding substance abuse and other related issues to Tribal members as well as others in the local community. Provide substance abuse treatment and intervention with a complex range of disorders and treatment needs. Networks and communicates effectively with a variety of groups, organizations, and agencies; engage, motivate, coach, validate/reinforce, and redirect positive behavior change; gain confidence and trust of client’s and their families through respectful communication; support/facilitate productive connections and interactions with clients and family and engage them in the rehabilitation and successful treatment.

Transportation Officer P/T
Under the direction of the Q4C Security Manager, provide quality, timely, safe non-emergent travel to and from appointments at Q4C. Transport can and will include: Children, Adults, People with disabilities and culturally diverse populations.
